Dear Nottinghamshire County Council,

1/Could you please provide information regarding the numbers of children allocated a reception class place at High Oakham Primary School from the 2016 waiting list, from 18th April 2016, (offer date) but prior to children being allocated places as a result of a successful second appeal following the Adjudicator case ADA 3202.

2/ Did any children initially allocated a 2016 reception class place at High Oakham leave the school as the result of a successful second appeal at another school.

3/ Of the two places allocated on offer day that were subsequently declined by parents what category were these children grouped in. (i.e, did they fall within either of the two in catchment categories)

Thank you for your recently submitted Freedom of information request for
ease we have provided our response alongside each point:

 

Could you please provide  information regarding the numbers of children
allocated a reception class place at High Oakham Primary School from the
2016 waiting list, from 18th April 2016, (offer date) but prior to
children being allocated places as a result of a successful second appeal

27.05.2016 – place became available and offered to the top of the waiting
list at that time.

01.06.2016 -  place became available and offered to the top of the waiting
list at that time.

09.06.2016 – place allocated over PAN as an infant class size excepted
pupil.

02.12.2016 – place allocated at appeal.

 

Did any children initially allocated a 2016 reception class place at High
Oakham leave the school as the result of a successful second appeal at
another school.

Of the two places allocated on offer day that were subsequently declined
by parents what category were these children grouped in. (i.e, did they
fall within either of the two in catchment categories)

1 applicant considered in criteria 4 (with no sibling already in
attendance at the school)
