Dear Nottinghamshire County Council,

Could you please supply me with the following information?

1/ The *Initial allocation data sheets for High Oakham School for the intake years
2017
2018
*These are the sheets that contain applications considered on offer day and applications considered after offer day

2/In relation to ALL Class size appeals. The statistical data for (first appeals) involving out-catchment parents with a sibling at a school for 2016 and 2017 on a school by school basis.

Please indicate how many of these appeals were successful/Unsuccessful,again in relation to each school and if possible indicate the reasons (i.e met/did not meet criteria or Prejudice would be caused)

3/ Could you please supply the same statistical data for ALL second appeals offered as a result of the Adjudicator determination 3202. Again, on a school by school basis and
in relation to the successful/unsuccessful appeals could you please indicate the reasons.
