Business Assurance Casework (Queue), Charity Commission for England and Wales

Dear Mr Barr

Thank you for your request for information submitted under the Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) and received 02 August 2016. You have requested, in
respect of charities 1047619, Knight Institute of Sports, the following
information:

·         a list of all trustees and members of the charity

·         the dates of their appointment and departure as
trustees/members.

·         copies of leases, licences for any property occupied or
controlled by the charity or the trustees, or other officers, on behalf of
the charity.

·         copies of any document, letters, faxes, memo agendas and notes
of phone calls and of meetings as it relates to any grants of money, or
grants of monies worth, to the charity.

·         copies of any document, letters, faxes, memo agendas and notes
of phone calls and of meetings as it relates to any applications for
grants of money, or grants of monies worth, to the charity.

This charity was registered 29 June 1995 and removed from the register 18
October 2010 after we received notice that it had merged with another
charity, South London YMCA (SLYMCA), number 1099051. SLYMCA changed its
name to Evolve Housing + Support in September 2015.

Our trustee records do not show any individual trustees against this
charity. The SLYMCA was the corporate trustee of the charity upon merger
and removal.

We do not hold any further information on this charity.

I hope this is helpful but if you are unhappy with this response, you can
ask for it to be reviewed. Such requests should be submitted within three
