Schedule of Aylesbury Estate completed acquisitions

J.Bos made this Freedom of Information request to Southwark Borough Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

Could you please provide me with a schedule of leasehold properties that have been bought-back by the Council on the Aylesbury Estate, Walworth, from the decision to demolish on 27th September 2005 to the present day.

Details required:

1. Address
2. Number of bedrooms
3. Size of property in sq m
4. Floor(s) in building the property is situated on
5. The price agreed for the purchase of property
6. Completion date
7. Whether they were represented by a surveyor. If so which company.
8. Amount of fee reimbursed for surveyor

This information is already available from 1st May 2012 until 30th September 2013 therefore any acquisitions during that time can be left out should time be an issue. If details for point 4, 7 or 8 are difficult to locate and would take you over the set amount of hours allowed for this request then please leave them out.

I would like this information set out in columns for the required details, for easy comparison between blocks on the estate, starting with the earliest acquisition and following on in date order to the present.

Yours faithfully,

J.Bos

Dear Bascoe, Vanessa,

Thank you very much for the information. Is there any way I can have the information listed by completion date instead of address as I am working with specific dates?

Yours sincerely,

J.Bos
