Schedule 1 of SI 1992/613 – Council Tax monthly instalments - MK II (Judge Curtis' spurious statement)
Dear North East Lincolnshire Council,
I have it on good authority that North East Lincolnshire Council has 'to offer at least the minimum statutory instalments on the initial demand notice' (see link below)
http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/for...
I would like my original FoI request below (31 October 2015) addressing in light of this. However, if North East Lincolnshire Council disagrees with the above then please say so and I will abandon this request.

District Judge Daniel Curtis stated whilst sitting at Grimsby Magistrates court in the matter of council tax liability hearing on 30 October 2015 in relation to the following representations....

https://www.scribd.com/doc/286074656/NEL...
https://www.scribd.com/doc/287724789/Def...
....that North East Lincolnshire council is within its rights, if it so wishes, to demand the entire year's liability at once in April, i.e not offer instalments.

Will North East Lincolnshire council please disclose the information that will confirm that District Judge Daniel Curtis was not just making this up.
Yours faithfully,

Dear North East Lincolnshire Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of North East Lincolnshire Council's handling of my FOI request 'Schedule 1 of SI 1992/613 – Council Tax monthly instalments - MK II (Judge Curtis' spurious statement)'.
North East Lincolnshire Council provided a response to the original request (and an internal review) with overall consideration for District Judge Daniel Curtis, i.e., to avoid him the embarrassment of having made a completely spurious statement in court.
I would like this FOI request dealing with properly, not like last time where apparently it did not have the balls to do so.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...
Yours faithfully,
fFaudwAtch UK
