According to the DHSC the SCCL were responsible for the 'referral' of the following companies into the PPE 'High Priority Lane'

1) Hotel Logistics Ltd
2) Ideal Medical Solutions
3) Invisio
4) Rehear Labs
5) Sanaclis
6) Summit Medical

My request:

1 - Please can you confirm against each of the 6 supplier listed above the following:

A - The name of any third party, MP, Peer or Minister who referred these companies to the SCCL?

B - The SCCL are named by the DHSC as the 'source of referral' please can you confirm who the SCCL than referred these offers too within government? i.e the name of any Minister, MP, Civil Servant, etc.
