We have considered your request which was for

1.   Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and
were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages  

Please see attached spreadsheet

2.   Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots).

The actual contract values change as the contracts progress and more
contracts are let. To date approx. £50m has been through Lot 1 and
£7mthrough Lot 2

3.   Start date & duration of framework.

The framework started on 1^st August 2017 and has a duration of 36 Months

4.   Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if
so, the duration of the extension?

Yes there is an extension clause of another 12 months in addition to the
36 month duration.

5.   Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s)
are being either extended or renewed?

No final decision has yet been made, it’s currently being discussed

6.   Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for
this contract?

There is no responsible officer outside of Procurement, the framework is
managed by procurement – John Farrer until 31 January 2020, Then Justine
Finnigan 1^st Feb onwards.
