In accordance with The Freedom of Information Act 2000 I would like to make a Freedom of Information Request. I would like the answers to be sent electronically please.

I have worded this FOI taking into account a recent reply from Surrey County Council.

For the applications that Surrey County Council process, whether they be School Admissions or in Year Admissions:
1. How many children were admitted to Year One for the academic years:
a. 2013-2014,
b. 2014-2015,
c. 2015-2016,
d. 2016-2017,
e. 2017-2018
f. 2018-2019

2. How many of these children detailed in question 1 were summerborn as defined in the School Admissions Code for the academic years:
a. 2013-2014,
b. 2014-2015,
c. 2015-2016,
d. 2016-2017,
e. 2017-2018
f. 2018-2019

3. How many of these children detailed in question 1 were admitted to year one without completing Reception at any primary of infant school or had no record of a previous school placement for the academic years:

f. 2018-2019

4. How many of the children detailed in question 1 were applying for a school place following a move of area for the academic years:

Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to your request as we do not
record the information requested. Although we do process in year
applications for certain schools we do not routinely record whether a
child has subsequently gone on roll after being offered a place. In
addition to this, we do not routinely record a child’s previous school or
address chronology and so would be unable to comment on whether they have
previously attended school or whether they had moved areas.
