I refer to your request for information, which was received on 30th May, 2019 and has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please accept my apologies for the delay in providing this response.

I will respond to your request in the order it was presented using numbered points as headings for ease of reference.

"1. What was the council event held at Parc Y Scarlets on 6th April 2019?"

This was a sporting fixture, the Scarlets v Edinburgh PRO14 rugby match.

"2. Which other councillors and their partners attended the event?"

We do not hold this information.

"3. Did the Leader of the council pay privately for the 3 course meal for Mr and Cllr Evans or did the council pay?"

"4. If the council paid, is it customary to include the partners, husbands and wives of councillors?"

The Council has paid for this.

"5. A detailed breakdown of all payments to Scarlets Regional Ltd for the financial year 2017/18 and, if available, 2018/2019. Please include dates, amounts and reasons for the payments."
