Scanned AP Invoices

Questions:
1) Do you currently have scanned electronic images of your accounts payable (AP) invoices?
2) If yes, when did you start scanning?
3) If no, are hard copy AP invoices stored on-site or stored off-site?

Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations and will be
allocated a reference number. It will be passed to the most appropriate
council department to gather the information. The department may respond
