Dear St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council,
In relation to Developer contributions and 106 regimes could you please advise for the last financial year that information is available

how much developers pay through the above regimes? and
how much of that money has the council spent?

monies received for example in relation to (not an exhaustive list, others may be possible)

highways, open space, affordable housing, education, administration, community centres, environment, contribution per new build dwelling

Morning Wendy,

 

Please find attached an excel spreadsheet with a list of the S106
contributions received in the last financial year.  As you can see, the
Council has not yet spent any of this money as yet, although the money is
allocated by order of the legal agreements.
