Scale and Use of Developer Contributions Within the LCR
Dear Liverpool City Region Combined Authority,
In relation to Developer contributions and 106 regimes could you please advise for the last financial year that information is available (all authorities within the region)
how much developers pay through the above regime? and
how much of that money do councils spend?
monies received for example in relation to (not an exhaustive list, others may be possible)
highways, open space, affordable housing, education, administration, community centres, environment, contribution per new build dwelling
