Re: List of commercial properties not receiving small business rate relief in 2012
Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-
(a) company name, addresses and rateable values of Commercial properties that are within your Council with rateable values between £5,000 to £8,000 who are eligible for, but not currently receiving small business rate relief; and
(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a); and
(c) the relevant billing authority reference number as referred to in (a)

Please find the requested information attached to this email. We have been
unable to state whether there is any eligibility for a Small Business Rate
Relief. This is due to criteria needing to be met when assessing the
discount.
If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
request and wish to make a complaint or request a review under the Freedom
of Information Act, you should write to the Compliance Unit, Cheshire East
Council, Westfields, Middlewich Road, Sandbach, Cheshire, CW11 1HZ.
If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint, you may apply
directly to the Information Commissioner (ICO) for a decision. Generally,
the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints
procedure provided by the Council. The Information Commissioner can be
