Can you please supply me with any information you hold as to the policy you have that children within Wirral should be adopted instead of being
fostered due to the cost of keeping a child in foster care?
Is this a national policy?

Thank you for your recent request made under the Freedom of Information
Act.  The Council has no information to supply.  A Care Plan of Adoption
is based on the need for a child to secure permanence.  The Council’s
