Dear Warrington Borough Council,

The landbanking company Satnam Investments have made considerable play of their proposed investment in facilities to provide football piches.

1. Please provide copies of any offers made by Satnam relating to possible investments, including but not limited to the proposed football pitch

2. Please confirm whether the location of the proposed football pitch is on land owned by Warrington Borough Council.

3. Please provide copies of any papers, reports or analysis by the Council relating the the monetary value of any such offers made by Satnam. For clarity, what I am attempting to do with this question is to ascertain (a) whether the £1 million figure which has been discussed has any merit and (b) whether the Council has actually attampted to set a value on the proposed investment.

Dear Ms Harding,

I have heard nothing since you wrote to say that I would receive a reply by 1st February.

Is this a deliberate tactic and should I discuss this with Helen Jones?

Yours sincerely,

John Smith
