Satisfaction Survey

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Stratford on Avon District Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Stratford on Avon District Council,

Please confirm the cost of sending, processing and analysing the results of the recent satisfaction survey sent to local home owners and tenants.

Does the council see this as a valid use of resources in the current climate?

What is the end goal for this project? What will it actually achieve?

Yours faithfully,
David Stanhope
