Dear Public Health Scotland,
I would like to know the following information about the SARS-CoV-2 vaccination programme in Scotland.

1) How many appointment letters in total have been issued?
2) How many people invited did not show to their appointment?
3) How many people have declined a vaccination following the issue of an appointment letter?
4) How many vaccinations have now been administered (preferably broken down by supplier)?
5) How many doses of vaccines (preferably broken down by supplier) have been disposed of or wasted following no show or declined vaccination appointments?
