CHILD CARE
PROCEEDINGS You will need to submit the draft order detailing the information required.  Please ensure that this is
proportionate and specific to your proceedings.  Upon a copy of the sealed order being received, this
  documentation will then be disclosed.  Please note that we will only go back two years unless there is
a rationale as to why further years are required.
