Dear Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council,

 

Please can you provide me with information relating to all consultation
carried out and referenced in your recent applications for accredited
status for Haden Hill House Museum and Wednesbury Art Gallery.

 

Please can you advise when Museum service staff advised that, due to 
Staff capacity and unavailability of key team members to undertake this
additional work, an application would not be made for Oak House Museum.

 

Please can you advise what you mean by 'additional work' as referenced in
your response to FOI-470024584

 

Please can you advise of all instructions given to Museum service staff
to  prepare Museum Accreditation applications for Sandwell's Museums in
the period September 2021-September 2022.

 

Please can you provide copies of the Haden Hill House and Wednesbury Art
Gallery accreditation applications to the Arts Council.

 

Please can you advise of  all projects/ work load issues that were
prioritised over the application for Oak House, but not the applications
for Haden Hill House and Wednesbury Art Gallery,  as referenced in your
earlier response to FOI-470024584 .

 

Please can you advise what categories of information were  not available
for the Oak House application but were available for the Haden Hill House
and Wednesbury Art Gallery applications.

 

Please can you tell me how the 'unavailability of key team members'
impacted on the  preparation of an application for Oak House, but not on
the applications for Haden Hill House and for Wednesbury Art Gallery.

House and Wednesbury Museum – As a museum service we have long held
accredited status (although it was previously downgraded to provisional)
and it is the professional standard so no consultation is required.

Staff were informed by Museums manager in September in a team meeting.
