request I can confirm the following:
Dear Pat James Freedom of Information Request – FS128831182 Thank you for
your Freedom of Information request. Please accept the following by way of
a response and the late. Your request dated 13 February 2017 sought
information on the following questions: 1. The total number of Council Tax
defaulters for the financial year 2015/2016 only 22,725 Summonses were
raised in 2015/2016 only 2. The total value of outstanding Council Tax for
the financial year 2015/2016 only £3,008,274.88 remains for non-payment of
council tax 2015 – 2016 only as at 31st January 2017. I hope that this
information is of assistance to you. If you are dissatisfied with the
handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal
review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of
the date of receipt of the response to your request, and should be
