Sanctions Overturned

We're waiting for Tyrone Armatage to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

1/ During 2019 how many claimants were sanctioned?
2/ How many claimants appealed against the sanction.?
3/ How many appeals were successful?
4/ How many of the sanctions were deamed unlawful?

Dear Tyrone Armatage,

I am writing in response to your request for information, received 24th
December.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Sanctions Overturned'.

You claim Tryone Armatage isn't my real name!

How dare you!

You now have two choices.

1: Apologise for insulting me and carry out an internal review.
2: Ignore the above and wait I 'll then report you to the ICO which I shall willingly do, proving my name is correct and subsequently suing you for deformation of character.

Its blatantly obvious you are deliberately avoiding providing me with the information I requested because it will reveal what a bunch of vile individuals you are.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

Tyrone Armatage
