Sanctions imposed up Arriva Rail North Limited (Northern) for failing to meet committed obligation 74

Dear Department for Transport,

I would like to request information as to the penalties/sanctions imposed upon Arriva Rail North Limited who operate the ‘Northern' Franchise (if any) in relation to failure to meet their committed obligations. Such as their failure to meet committed obligation 74, a requirement to install Ticket Gates at a list of 8 railway stations including Halifax, that was to received Ticket Gates before the 31st March 2017 but to this date have yet to materialize. According to Network Rail’s ‘Diversity Impact Assessment’ for Liverpool Lime Street that can be found at the following web address...
