Sample leases

The request was successful.

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

Please can I have copies of the leases you use?

I would like for 2 periods only:

1. earliest leases as used immediately after introduction of RTB
2. latest leases, i.e. those you currently use.

I have no idea how many "kinds" of each lease you use for each period. I am guessing not many: e.g. estate, non-estate, freehold on estate, shared ownership, etc.

But, please can you provide one of each type for the above two periods. No more are required.

Thank you.

Kind regards,

Peter CAIN

The only leases we have are those that were drawn up for individual sales.
I have enclosed a copy of a redacted lease from 1982.

Dear Angie,

Thank you very much for this.

Redaction was expected, and quite understandable, though unnecessarily excessive.

Kind regards,
