Dear Post Office Limited,

On 11th December 2013 Mr Will Russell Regional Manager in Norwich wrote to the Salhouse Parish Council. The subject line of the letter read as follows ' Salhouse Post Office, Tookes, Lower Street, Salhouse, Norwich, NR13 6AD - Proposed move to new premises & branch modernisation'.

The purpose of the letter was to advise the parish council that Post Office Ltd had undertaken public consultation in respect of moving the Post Office at 82 Lower Street to new premises at the Post Office Annex at 82b Lower St.

The consultation period ended on 19th November 2013 and Post Office Ltd was considering all feedback alongside the Post Office's original proposal and of the way forward would be known in early 2014.

Please could Post Office Ltd provide a copy of the 2014 report arising from the Public Consultation that sets out the Post Office's conclusions and any proposals arising from the consultation for moving the Post Office to 82b Lower Street, Salhouse.

Please can Post Office Ltd confirm that in 2014 the SPDO annex at 82b Lower St, Salhouse was an ancillary building and 'Operational Land' as defined by the Town & Country Planning Act 1990, Section 263.
