Year of sale 1993. Unfortunately your online records do not go back that far.

The department requires further information in order to identify and locate the information that you have asked for. I will not be able to take this matter further without extra information from you. In particular, it would be useful to know the postcode and title number of the property if known.

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and
electronic records, I have established that HM Land Registry does not hold
the information you requested for the time period required.
However, I can confirm the following sale prices for the following dates;
18 June 2001 - £194,000
17 February 2005 - £350,000
If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me.
If you are dissatisfied with this response to your request, you may seek
an internal review within two months of the date of our reply. Internal
reviews will be dealt within 20 working days. If at the end of this time
we are unable to respond, we will write to you explaining the reasons and
