Dear Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon District Council,

Under FOI, please can you confirm which members of council staff / elected reps / committees compiled the list of available lands available to be sold to SRC to build the Craigavon Campus.

Please can you also confirm the members of council staff / elected reps / committees who identified / agreed the lease of additional lands to SRC to build the Craigavon Campus.

Please can you confirm whether Council have received any funds from SRC for the sale or lease of lands at the South Lake in Craigavon, whether in full or part.

Please can you confirm whether any members of staff involved in the above decisions has declared a conflict of interest for example as a remunerated member of staff or board member of SRC.

Please can you provide a list of Council Assets transferred to other parties under sale or lease agreements since 2013.
