Dear Mr Egglesden
Thank you for your email. In order for it to be passed to the relevant team within Dorset County Council, can you please let me know what 'SAG' stands for?

Yours sincerely

Dear Freedom of Information,

SAG stands for Safety Advisory Group. It's where the blue light services and appointed safety officers go over the plans with the organiser to work out what recommendations need to be made.

Yours sincerely,

Steve Egglesden

Freedom of Information, Dorset County Council

Dear Mr Egglesden,

Thank you for clariyfing this.

Dorset County Council was not represented in this group, as we are not responsible for blue light services, therefore we do not hold these minutes.

You would need to request the minutes from Dorset's blue light services themselves, which are Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Dorset Fire and Rescue Service and Dorset Police. They are all accountable under FOI and all available on whatdotheyknow.com.

Yours sincerely,

Freedom of Information Team
