Safety cameras in London
Dear London Camera Safety Partnership,
The first three questions relate to the following two cameras:
A40/ Western Avenue/ A406/ Hanger Lane
Camera type :: Red-light
A406/ Hanger Lane/ A40/ Western Avenue
Camera type :: Red-light
Can you please confirm whether the above named cameras were active on the 31st of August 2013, between 01:00am and 03:00am?
Can you please confirm how many detections were recorded on the 31st of August 2013, between 01:00am and 03:00am for each of those cameras ?
Can you please confirm how the cameras detect contravention?
Is there any time delay between the traffic lights change to red and the red light cameras start the enforcement action?
Moreover can you please let me know how many fixed speed, red light, multifunction cameras are in operation in London? Are those cameras always working or there is any kind of rotation? If yes, how many physical devices do you have?
Are you using mobile speed, red light or multifunction cameras in London, if yes how many of them?
What was the total number of successfully finished enforcement actions in the tax year 2012/2013 by camera type? What was the total revenue by camera type and who was the beneficent of it?
Yours faithfully,
J. Nowacki
