Dear Information Compliance West Mercia,

So in other words a unmarked vehicle can park their vehicle even when speed camera signs are seen on the road side and can operate without any identification on it as Safer Roads Partnership vehicle? How can this be lawful?

Kind regards,

peter danby

Dear Information Compliance West Mercia,

1) This van had no other details to be seen, is this usual procedure ?
REPLY: Please be advised that this van has camera markings, though no
markings are required by law.>>>>SHOW ME THE LAW, not a statute/act of parliament<<<<

Yours sincerely,

peter danby and associates

Dear Information Compliance West Mercia,

This had no markings, are you calling me a liar ?

The vehicle in question registration number is VUO8 XXX.

As West Mercia Police work in conjunction with The safer Road Partnership, this is ludicrous to the point in LAW, that it's a conflict of interests...... Are you working within the LAW ?

Kind regards

peter danby and associates

Sounds like they know there is,wrong doing on their part but they do not want to accept liability for deception entrapment blackmail theft trespass fraud and terrorism. Its blatantly obviously to the public what's happening and the public isn't happy with it, not happy with it at all. A police constable and a police officer cannot exist in union as the two are a contradiction to one another. One swears a common law oath and the other acts under legislation. Which are they... To protect and serve the public or the corporations. Its tine to choose.
