Safety assessments completed on Tyburn road.
Dear Birmingham City Council,
Tyburn road A38 residents and community are being put at risk on a daily basis due to lack of management of this road. The illegal levels of Air and noise nuisance and the serious health and safety issues we are experiencing on a daily basis. Could you please supply the following.
Reports / assessments completed in support/ objecting of lowering the speed limit to 30MPH. In light of pollution and KSI accidents and daily safety issues we experience .
Service and maintenance reports for Tyburn road from spaghetti junction to Chester road.
Reports assessments under common law duty to promote road safety along this road.
Any risks, safety impact assessments, consultations completed along this road in light of the industrialised businesses that have been allowed to set up along this stretch of road and the impact on the community.

monthly, however will you please provide a timeframe for this element of
