Dear Michael Fung

Request FOI/8137

Freedom of Information Request

Your request has been considered under the provisions of the Freedom of
Information Act.  Specifically, you have requested the following
information:

1. The total number of Safer London Pan London Housing Reciprocal that
have been approved by Croydon council to date for male victims of domestic
abuse, hate crimes severe mental health needs and other community risks

There is no time parameter specified in your request. However, from
records going back to 2021 the housing department has moved 1 male victim
of DV.

2. The number of disciplinary actions taken against Croydon council
tenancy officers regarding misleading and incorrect information presented
to the housing panel hearings to date.

We can confirm we do not have any cases that fall under that category.

3. The total amount of housing transfers out of borough to another London
borough that have been approved by Croydon council for victims of domestic
abuse.

There is no time parameter specified in your request, however the answer
would be 0 as the council is unable to transfer residents to another
borough.
