For the period of 2015
Please advise how many external serious incident grade 3 or grade 4 pressure ulcers were reported in the Trust relating to community services supplied to Battersea care/nursing homes?
and the names of those homes?
How many external SIFs raised
How many external STEIS raised
How many external NRLS raised
How many of those were raised as safeguardings in 2015 by the trust?
or refered to Wandsworth safeguarding?
How many were substantiated ?
