requestor.  

2. Remember to  complete the time spent by each officer(s) along with
their grade information into the relevant field in WorkPro and if you were
late in issuing your response please provide a reason for this delay.  

3. Lastly, Please remember to record all the key dates and close the case
accurately within the system to ensure accurate reports can be produced.

Can you please advise if you think any other department would have any
input?
