1) a) copies of all safeguarding procedures that you have that you have in place
b) please hightlight any safeguarding procedures specific to universal credit claimants

2) Please provide copies of your procedures and any other guidance about the application of the Equalities Act and the reasonable steps that can be taken to ensure disabled customers can make and sustain a universal credit claim

3) Can you confirm if posted written letters are one of the forms of communication that can be offered to disabled customers who would struggle to maintain a universal credit claim online, or by phone / email.
