Safeguarding policy concerns for individuals interviewed under caution by JCP staff

The request was successful.

Debbie Washington

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I kindly wish to know if a safeguarding policy exists to protect clients who are vunerable and at possible risk? What is the procedure when JCP staff become aware of a safeguarding concern while interviewing a vulnerable supect under caution? I believe it is mandatory all organisations have a safeguarding policy to protect the vulnerable

Thank you for your time

Yours faithfully,

Debbie
