If your college was considering enrolling a student who was listed on the sex offenders register, how would you deal with such a situation?
What is your risk assessment procedure in such a situation?
What types of mitigation would you consider as a result of any risk assessment procedure?

IN response to your last three questions I have attached our Safeguarding Policy and would refer you to section 7.1 about student admissions as this covers the approach we would take. I have also attached the Safeguarding Children and Adults at risk of harm procedure to give further detail on how the college would approach a situation of this type.
