Dear Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority,

What responsibilities does an MP have, when made aware of a vulnerable adult at risk?
What authority does an MP have to call police to account?
What authority does an MP have to call the local authority to account, when they are 'with knowledge' a vulnerable adult is at risk?

Yours faithfully,

a dunn
