Safe highways cleansing communication to Local Authorities July 2014
Dear Department for Transport,
At a seminar on "Litter picking and working on grass verges and roadsides" one of the slides referred to the fact that the DoT had written to the Chief Executives of all Highways Authorities on 2nd July 2014 saying that the Red Book was to be mandatory after 1st October 2014.
See http://www.cleanhighways.co.uk/wp-conten...
Could you please provide me with a copy of the communication referred to.
Yours faithfully,
Peter Silverman
