Thank you for your enquiry, which has been forwarded to the appropriate
officers for a response. The usual timescale for a response is twenty
working days, that is by or on 03.10.19.

confirm that this Authority holds some data relevant to your request.

I am now able to respond to you with the following:

 

How many children have been killed within the proximity of the new
crossing in the last 20 years?  - None fatally injured.

 

How many children have been injured within the proximity of the new
crossing in the last 20 years? – 3 children have been recorded injured.

 

Please supply a copy of the risk assessment used to assess the danger to
