I refer to your request dated 05^th September 2019 which has been dealt
with under the Freedom of Information Act.

Your request related to Sackville school Tuscan crossing East Grinstead.

We have now completed a search for the information which you requested and
confirm that this Authority holds some data relevant to your request.

I am now able to respond to you with the following:

How many children have been killed within the proximity of the new
crossing in the last 20 years?  - None fatally injured.

How many children have been injured within the proximity of the new
crossing in the last 20 years? – 3 children have been recorded injured.

Please supply a copy of the risk assessment used to assess the danger to
pedestrians when making the decision to put a crossing on the site –
