Dear Access To Information,

Will Herefordshire Council clarify the responses to Q1 & Q2, regarding the total sum and the separate figures provided for the period (1st February 2019 to 31st December 2019)?

Such would indicate either:
a. A numerical mistake.
b. An individual outside of the placements and figures provided.
Please elucidate.

Yours sincerely,

Chris Bury
