Thank you for your correspondence of 9 March 2018 in which you requested
information held by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Your

In response to your request, over the last six months we’ve applied the
exemption under section 36 (effective conduct of public affairs) on four
occasions. On all four cases, we partially withheld the information
requested based on section 36.  
Please find the requested information below.
IRQ0706135 - please find below a link to our response to this request and
the information we disclosed.
IRQ0712260 FOI- Please find below a link to our response and all the
information we disclosed.
IRQ0713657 FOI – Please find attached a copy of our response. Please note
that the disclosed documents are identical to the documents provided in
response to request case reference IRQ0712260 (link provided above).
IRQ0723303 FOI - Please find attached a copy of our response and the
documents we disclosed. Please note that we’ve also internally reviewed
our response. A copy of the response to the review is also attached.
Please note that where this information is reasonably accessible to you
because it is already published, we have provided links and have not
provided copies. This is because the information is exempt under section
21 FOIA because it is reasonably accessible to you via other means.

Review Procedure

If you are not satisfied that your request for information has been dealt

Your request for a review should be submitted to us within 40 working days
of receipt by you of this response.  Any such request received after this
time will only be considered at the discretion of the Commissioner.

Ultimately if you are not satisfied that your request for information has
been dealt with correctly you have a further right of appeal to this
office in our capacity as the statutory complaint handler under the
relevant legislation.  To make such an application, please write to our
