Dear SE Trains Limited,
For each of your managed stations, for each month since August 2023, please can you provide the hours (a) as a total figure and (b) as a % of total, that the ticket offices were not open during their schedule 17 regulated hours.

Data Protection Act Requests (incorporating the General Data Protection

Under the GDPR you can request a copy of your personal data by making a
subject access request. These rights do not extend to 3rd party data,
which can only be provided if the 3rd party gives explicit consent, or
another legal entitlement applies.
Surveillance Camera Images
You may make a subject access request for surveillance camera images of
yourself (the data subject). We will require photo ID to match to the
images and prove entitlement. Images of other people (3rd party data) will
be redacted from any disclosure, unless the conditions described above
apply. Please note that our retention period for surveillance camera
images is a maximum of 28 days. More limited retention periods apply to
some of our train CCTV systems.
Surveillance Camera Images of Vehicles in our Car Parks or Station
Forecourts
Please ask your insurer to contact us providing the following details: The
Station / Car Park name, the date and approximate time of the incident,
your vehicles position in the car park, plus the make, model and colour of
your vehicle. If the incident has been captured, we will provide the
images to your insurer within 30 days of the request.
Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) Requests
You have the right to request recorded information held by a public
authority. The Information Commissioners Office, who regulate the FOIA,
provide guidance on making requests which can be found on the following
