Dear Southend-on-Sea City Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Southend-on-Sea City Council's handling of my FOI request 'S17 Direct Payments'.
Why are there lots of transactions shown in red dated in the month of April showing recipients paying back S17 payments?
During the financial year, why are all S17 payments recorded with only 1 date for each month?
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...
Yours faithfully,
Natasha Baker
