Thank you for your email of  1st November 2022 where you requested
information about variations to the S106 agreement for planning
application 88439/HYB/16.

 

A deed of variation was signed in respect of planning application
99245/OUT/19 which was the planning application that created the need for
the variation.  The document has been made available to view via the
[1]Trafford website (please use the 99245/OUT/19 reference to find the
application), the committee report for that application is also available
to view, this contains references to the variation.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
original letter and should be addressed to: Information Governance
Manager, Trafford Council, Town Hall, Talbot Road Stretford M32 0TH or via
