Dear Tendring District Council,

For the annual year 2018-2019 for all developments determined by Tendring District Council as LPA, or the Planning Inspectorate (where Tendring are the responsible LPA), please supply planning obligation agreement summaries.

These summaries should include:

an executive summary
any LPA reference number
any PI reference number (where appropriate)
brief details of the development proposed
the site location

what is to be provided by each planning obligation, (financial or otherwise)
information on any affordable housing that is to be provided
information on any highways obligations to be provided (via s106 or s278)
information on any other obligations to be provided

and should include any trigger points or deadlines for contributions.

was received on 15^th January 2019.  I can confirm that your enquiry is
receiving attention.

 

In accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
you should receive a comprehensive reply to your request by 12^th February
2019 unless the Council does not hold the information or there is a reason
for it to be withheld.

 

In certain circumstances, a fee may be payable for determining, locating,
retrieving and extracting information and/or the cost for disbursements
such as photocopying and postage.  A Fees Notice will be issued to you
with details of any costs involved and you will be required to pay this
before I can proceed to deal with your request.

trigger points, covenants, deadlines etc.) can be found through the
