4. The value of the amount received in respect of s106 payments ACTUALLY SPENT by WSCC on education for the years 2011; 2012;2013; 2014;2015
5. The value of the amount received in respect of s106 payment actually spent by WSCC on SPECIAL NEEDS education for the years 2011;2012;2013;2014 2015
