Regarding S106 agreements with developers Barratt Homes, Persimmon Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Allison Homes and Larkfleet Homes, specifically in Whittlesey, could you please provide all correspondence requesting the contributions, all correspondence regarding funds that were designated, all correspondence regarding funds received, all correspondence regarding funds spent, all correspondence regarding funds unspent and correspondence or records of any decisions regarding S106 funds signed off by the Portfolio Holder for Planning, the Chair of the Planning Committee or the Vice Chair of the Planning Committee, to include any discussion they may have engaged in about the matter of S106 funds or their designation.

Further to our acknowledgement of your FOI request, we are contacting you
to advise that we will need more time to respond to your request.

We currently have no S106 officer and so the information will take far
longer to prepare; the person who is going to provide the information is
about to go on leave and due to the number of developments that are of
interest being high, we have been advised that an extension of time is
required to towards the end of September.
