Dear Graham Mitchell

Request FOI/9298

Further to your request received on 14/02/2024, I confirm that the Council
has now considered your request under the Freedom of Environmental
Information Regulations. Specifically, you have requested the following
information:

"Within the S106 Tracker, link below is expenditure of £30,124.2 at Row
12. I am told that in this number £7,948.75 was spent on 175A Brigstock

Can you please let me have a full analysis of what the £7,948.75 was spent
on and when the expenditure was incurred.

Can you please also tell me who made the application for the S106
funding."

As a matter of clarification the amounts of money in the previously
supplied S106 Tracker were listed against an address under ‘Multiple
Bids’, the addresses corresponded with a site where a financial
contribution as a result of a development that gained planning permission,
was received.

The amount was not spent on 175A Brigstock Road, it was received as a
result of development on this site.  The £7,948.75 formed part of the
£30,124.20 funding to improve Trumble Gardens.  The project lead has
confirmed expenditure has occurred in 2023/24.  The funding was assigned
for removal of large overgrown trees and replacement fixed planters and
walls, and install a relocated entrance gate and fence.
