S106 contributions for Keymer Tiles in Burgess Hill

We're waiting for Joseph Foster to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear West Sussex County Council,

Please could you provide all S106 contributions due to or made to WSCC for developments at the Keymer Tile Site in Burgess Hill inc Croudace Homes and other developers.

Additionally I would like to know any highways S106 items related to Cants Lane, Burgess Hill or its surrounds.

On 21/01/2020 you made the following request for information, which has

S106 contributions for Keymar Tiles, Burgess Hill and S106 items related
to Cants Lane, Burgess Hill or its surrounds.

 

We have now completed a search for the information which you requested and
confirm that this Authority holds some data relevant to your request.
 

The Response to your request is as follows:

Please see the two attachments. One shows money that we have collected for
Cants Lane, either spent or unspent funds. There are no S106 agreements
relating to Cants Lane where the money is as yet uncollected, therefore
this is the total for Cants Lane.

 

For the Keymer Tile site, I have included the actual S106 agreement
itself. This lists all the S106 obligations that have been due to us, or
already paid.

The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the
Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. You are free to use it for your
own purposes, including any non-commercial research you are doing and for
the purposes of news reporting. Any other reuse, for example commercial
