Dear Lambeth Borough Council,

I would like to have any emails, faxes, letters or other

communications sent or received by Ryan Reino or any other person

employed by LB Lambeth, regarding information received by anyone

through the London Revenues Group or otherwise, from employees of

other councils, regarding how to approach FOI requests for the

addresses of empty properties.

Written Refusal Notice in accordance with s17 FOIA

Under section 14(2) Repeated Requests (FOIA), public authorities do not
have to comply with repeated requests for the same information from the
same person.

The above exemption applies to the part of the request pertaining to
information you requested again of Mr Ryan Reino.  Please refer to you of
your previous FOI Request reference: 138919.

Under section 12 Costs Limit (FOIA), public authorities do not have to
comply with a request where the cost of complying could exceed 18hrs.

 

From our preliminary assessment, we estimate that compliance with your
request would exceed the appropriate costs limit under section 12 of the
Freedom of information Act 2000. This is currently £450.

The above exemption applies to the part of your request pertaining to
information that may have been sent or received to / from all staff within
Lambeth Council.
